How Much Does The Summer Challenge Cost?
The 4 Week Summer Challenge is FREE for those with an active monthly subscription to the NEW Bikini Body Mommy™ platform.

Are the workouts LIVE, what equipment will I need?
The daily workouts will be pre-recorded and posted at midnight (PST) the night before, so you can workout at whatever time of day works best for YOU!

Will The Workouts Be Pelvic Floor-Friendly and Diastasis Recti Safe?
YES! I will be giving modifications for moves throughout the challenge for those who are recovering from diastasis recti or pelvic floor issues!
Are The Meal Plans Breastfeeding Friendly?
The Summer Challenge includes SIX DIFFERENT meal Plans so that you can choose the meal plan approach that is best for you!
The meal plans are based on consuming at least 1800 calorie per day, so you may need to increase or decrease your serving sizes based on your body's unique needs.
How Long Will I Have Access To The Summer Challenge?
The Summer Challenge is a limited-time series available to paid subscribers of the new BBM platform until AUGUST 1st, 2022.
Briana will be filming the 4 weeks in real-time, from Monday, June 20th, 2022 -- Sunday, July 17th, 2022.
