It's been 48 hours since we released our brand new BIKINIBODYMOMMY.com website and the feedback thus far from the community has been incredible! The SURPRISES aren't done yet though!!!

For all those who choose to follow my Workouts via YouTUBE instead of my FREE Member Platform... you might want to rethink that decision because my team and I have gone and done something HUGE which we are pretty confident you are going to want to be a part of!

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

Q: I tried to log into the NEW ON-DEMAND PLATFORM and it didn't recognize me or my old email and log in info! What do I do?

A: If you were a member of the original BBM platform and your email is not being recognized by the new site, please email us at info@BikiniBodyMommy.com so that one of my team members can make sure you only have one account and that it is not duplicated on the new platform which could effect your old access to your Weekly Meal Plan and Premium Membership Subscription.

Q: I logged into the NEW ON-DEMAND PLATFORM but I don't have my old subscription to the WEEKLY MEAL PLAN. What's up with that?

A: There were a handful of people who lost their access to the WEEKLY MEAL PLAN due to a payment error (expired credit card, etc.) associated with their account just prior to the merger onto the new ON-DEMAND platform. If you are one of these people, you will need to log in to the new platform and re-purchase the MEAL PLAN in order to have access.

If you don't have access and you are sure there is NO PAYMENT ISSUE (your credit card was processed within the last 30 days) please email my team at info@BikiniBodyMommy.com so that we can look into the issue for you!

Q: I am PREMIUM MEMBER and logged into the NEW ON-DEMAND PLATFORM but I don't have access to the PREMIUM CONTENT. What do I do?

A: There were a handful of people who lost their access to the PREMIUM CONTENT due to a payment error (expired credit card, etc.) associated with their account just prior to the merger onto the new ON-DEMAND platform. If you are one of these people, you will need to log in to the new platform and re-purchase the PREMIUM CONTENT in order to have access.
