Happy REST day BIKINI BODY MOMMIES! Today is a day well deserved. One that you worked hard for. You have completed the first week of the BIKINI BODY MOMMY 90 day challenge and I am PROUD of you for sticking with it.

This week you committed to the program and you took control and I hope that you are leaving this week feeling AMAZING!

It's certainly not always easy, and some days are definitely better than others .. but I assure you .. your body is in a state of change right now.

If you are someone who dropped off this week for one reason or another and has missed a few workouts, OR if you are someone who is LATE to the party and just stumbled on my site and FREE 90 Day challenge ... IT'S NOT TOO LATE to join this MASSIVE MOVEMENT of WOMEN who are all inspiring, encouraging, and supporting one another to get into the best shape of their lives!  Since we are only heading into the second week -- you aren't too far behind, but trying to "make up" missed days can be really overwhelming and will likely discourage you from sticking with it! Just jump in on whatever day we are on!
