I’ve Been Exactly Where You Are

Hi! I’m Briana, mom of six and founder of BBM Health & Fitness. I’ve been a certified health & fitness professional for over 18 years and have coached millions of women online through real-time programs, meal plans, and community support.

But I’m not the picture-perfect, size-zero trainer telling you to “eat less and move more.” I’m a 43-year old mom of six whose body gained a lot of weight with every pregnancy—and even more while breastfeeding. I’ve been all four of the women you saw above: the overwhelmed new mom, the yo-yo dieter, the exhausted working mom, and the woman stuck on a plateau. I know how heavy that feels—and I also know how to move forward, one doable step at a time.

When I rebuilt my health and lost 100 pounds, I did it without quick fixes, surgery, or dieting. Instead, I created short, realistic workouts, family-friendly meal plans, leaned on a supportive community, and gave myself grace to keep showing up—even when life was messy. That’s what BBM is built on, and that’s why this September Challenge is different.
