6 Week INTRO TO YOGA Challenge

Here's What You'll Learn

This 6 week challenge provides three progressively unique "done-with-you" at-home yoga flows per week. 

The first day is a 20-minute yoga flow, and the format increases your practice each week by 5-minutes so that by week six you are completing a challenging 45-minute flow.

You can follow along each day in real-time as a 6 week challenge with a commitment to practicing 3x per week. Or, you can skip or repeat days and take as much time as you need to finish the challenge.

Here's What You'll Learn

Go With The Flow

Each week, your yoga challenge is laid out for you in the BBM app so there's no guesswork about what yoga flow to follow — just push PLAY! 

Go At Your Own Pace

If you are struggling with the time progression of your flow each day, you can also feel free to mix it up and do whichever flow works best for you! You can spend all 6 weeks practicing the "DAY ONE" Yoga Flow if you need to!

Listen To Your Body

If you need a rest day, take it! You can also always find more recovery routines in the Stretching + Foam Rolling sections On Demand. Remember, this is your journey, and no one else’s.

Create your own daily menu, or check out the meal plans available in the "Start A Program" section of the Bikini Body Mommy app for best results.

Find your accountability partner

Share that you are doing the 6 week challenge by using the hashtag #BBMYoga, and find friends in the Private Community section of your app. You’ll be more likely to stick to the challenge (and have fun doing it!) if you have an accountability partner by your side.

Set Up Your Space

The daily Yoga Flows in this 6 week challenge are based on using your bodyweight only, however, you might find additional tools like a yoga mat, yoga blocks, or loop bands helpful in assisting you achieve proper alignment in your practice.

Meet Your Trainer: Dani

Dani Carroll is a new mom of two, yoga instructor and wellness coach, that has been practicing and teaching yoga since 2010. 
 

Her love of the craft laid a foundation to build her dream life upon; offering an amazing health, an uplifting community, and a chance to live a passion fueled life.

She originally got her yoga teaching credentials from CorePower Yoga as a hobby but quickly interest turned into obsession. She made her way through her 200 hour certification not once, not twice, but 4 times in various studios in California. She eventually traveled to India to learn from the source where she received her 500 hour Yoga Therapy Credentials from the Indian Yoga Institute.

She specializes in offering Vinyasa and Yin Yoga flows that are adaptable to all skill levels, and body types. This unique teaching style reflects her teaching philosophy that when we honor our most authentic selves, we are awesome.

Her newfound goal is to teach the world about optimizing health through hydration and movement.
