Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the digital platforms, websites, mobile apps, connected TV apps, content, and services (“Services”) provided by BBM Health & Fitness, LLC, and Bikini Body Mommy, LLC, and Briana Reinert (professionally known as “Briana Christine”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, YOU MUST IMMEDIATELY STOP USING THE SERVICES.

1. WHO WE ARE

These Terms apply to:

  • BBM Health & Fitness, LLC

  • Bikini Body Mommy, LLC

  • Briana Reinert, our founder publicly known as “Briana Christine”

These entities and individuals are collectively referred to as “BBM,” “we,” “our,” or “us.”

2. DEFINITIONS

  • “BBM,” “BBM Health & Fitness,” “Bikini Body Mommy”: Includes the brand, its legal entities, and its founder, publicly known as “Briana Christine.”

  • “Services”: All digital content, platforms, websites, apps, streaming workouts, coaching, downloads, membership access, and community spaces provided by BBM.

  • “User,” “You,” or “Member”: Anyone who accesses or uses the Services.



3. ABOUT THE FOUNDER & OWNERSHIP OF CONTENT

BBM Health & Fitness was founded by Briana Reinert, publicly known as “Briana Christine.”

All content offered through BBM—including but not limited to:

  • Workouts

  • Fitness programs

  • Monthly challenges

  • Coaching videos

  • Photos and images

  • Meal plans and recipes

  • Downloadable/printable materials

  • Transformation images

  • All content featuring the founder’s likeness, voice, body, performance, or personal story

—are the exclusive copyrighted property of Briana Reinert, Bikini Body Mommy LLC, and BBM Health & Fitness, LLC.

 

You may NOT:

  • Copy or reproduce content

  • Record or screen capture

  • Repost, upload, or redistribute

  • Train others using BBM content

  • Use content for commercial purposes

  • Share PDFs or printables

  • Post content on social media

  • Create derivative works

Unauthorized use may result in account termination and legal action.


4. ELIGIBILITY

You must be 18 years of age or older to use the Services.



5. MEDICAL, HORMONAL & SAFETY DISCLAIMER

BBM IS NOT A MEDICAL ORGANIZATION.
BBM Health & Fitness, Bikini Body Mommy, and founder Briana Reinert (“Briana Christine”) do NOT provide:

  • Medical advice or medical services

  • Diagnosis, treatment, or prevention of any disease or condition

  • Personalized fitness, nutrition, or wellness prescriptions

  • Personalized hormone guidance, interpretation, or optimization

  • Medical interpretation of symptoms, labs, perimenopause/menopause status, or endocrine function

  • A trainer–client, coach–client, practitioner–patient, or therapeutic relationship

Any educational content related to “hormone health,” “hormone-smart training,” the “5-Phase Method,” or “Seasons of Life” is for:

General education only—not medical, diagnostic, or therapeutic guidance.
Not specific to any individual's medical status, hormone levels, or endocrine condition.

The Services do not substitute for:

  • Professional medical care

  • Physician-supervised hormone testing or treatment

  • Licensed physical therapy

  • Mental health services

  • Nutrition therapy or dietetics

You are solely responsible for your health decisions.



6. DIGITAL MEMBERSHIP SERVICES

BBM provides digital-only content delivered through:

No physical products are sold.

THIS INCLUDES: All videos, meal plans, recipe cards, workbooks, guides, calendars, worksheets, workbooks, logs, trackers, and other tools BBM may create for it’s members. 


Content availability and features may vary by platform and region.

BBM may add, update, or remove content at any time.



7. ACCOUNT RESPONSIBILITIES

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information

  • Maintain confidentiality of your login credentials

  • Not share your login with others

  • Not exceed the 3-device limit

  • Be responsible for all activity under your account

Account sharing is strictly prohibited and may result in termination without refund.



8. SUBSCRIPTION BILLING

BBM memberships are recurring digital subscriptions.

By starting a free trial or paid subscription, you authorize the platform you subscribed through to charge your payment method on an auto-renewing basis until you cancel.

Prices may change with notice as required by law.



9. PLATFORM DETERMINES BILLING CONTROL

Subscriptions purchased through third-party platforms are controlled by those platforms, not BBM.

Samsung TV  ➡️  Samsung Billing


BBM cannot modify, access, refund, or cancel third-party app-store purchases.



10. FREE TRIALS

Website memberships include a 7-day risk-free trial.

  • Trial begins immediately

  • After 7 days, your paid plan begins automatically

  • Cancel anytime during the trial to avoid charges

  • Trials are NOT offered on app-store subscriptions

  • Trials may be unavailable during certain promotions

Users are strictly prohibited from creating multiple accounts, using different email addresses, or otherwise attempting to obtain more than one free trial. Any attempt to abuse the free trial system, including creating duplicate accounts for repeated free access, constitutes a violation of these Terms. BBM may immediately terminate all associated accounts, deny future access to the Services, and void eligibility for any future promotions, at our sole discretion. No refunds will be issued for accounts terminated due to trial abuse.



11. CANCELLATION & REFUNDS


A. Member Responsibility

You may manage, change, or cancel your membership at any time through:

  • The Account page on our website, OR

  • The subscription settings of the app store where you subscribed

BBM cannot cancel your membership for you via email, DM, or support.

B. Strict No-Refund Policy

Because members receive immediate digital access:  ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS.

This includes:

  • Renewals you forgot to cancel

  • Membership fees (monthly, quarterly, annual)

  • Promotional or discounted plans

  • Auto-renewals

  • Unused membership time

  • Accidental purchases

  • Cancellations after billing

  • App-store purchases

C. 7-Day Risk-Free Trial (Website Only)

Your trial allows you to evaluate the program before billing begins. If you do not cancel your free-trial before the end of the 7 days, you will be billed automatically and on a recurring basis per the terms of the subscription plan which you signed up for.

D. No Refunds for Forgotten or Late Cancellations

To avoid any and all confusion:

BBM does not provide refunds, credits, or prorated refunds for forgotten cancellations, unused memberships, or failure to cancel on time.


Members are responsible for monitoring renewal dates via their account tab on the website (bikinibodymommy.com/bbmhealth&fitness.com or via the third-party app in which they subscribed.

 

E. App-Store Purchases

If you subscribed through an app-store (Apple, Google Play, Amazon, Roku, Samsung):

  • BBM cannot see or access your billing details

  • BBM cannot cancel your membership

  • BBM cannot issue refunds

  • Refund requests must be submitted directly through the app store
     

F. BBM’s Right to Decline Refund Requests Except where required by law: No refunds will be issued once billing has occurred.

Any refund granted (rare, discretionary) is an exception—not a precedent. Please email [email protected] if you feel there has been a billing mistake on your account.



12. COMMUNITY GUIDELINES & PROHIBITED BEHAVIOR

To maintain a safe, supportive, and respectful environment for all members, you agree NOT to engage in any of the following behaviors. Violations of this section will result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund, and may result in further action as described below.

12.A — Harassment, Abuse, or Threatening Behavior

You may NOT:

  • Bully, harass, intimidate, or threaten any member or BBM staff

  • Use profanity, hate speech, discriminatory language, or hostile conduct toward others

  • Engage in stalking, obsessive following, or unwanted pursuit of any individual

  • Create or encourage hostility, toxicity, or unsafe interactions within BBM platforms

  • Engage in violent speech, aggressive behavior, or personal attacks

  • Attempt to contact or harass individuals across platforms in retaliation or conflict

  • Post content that endangers the safety, privacy, or wellbeing of any member or staff

Such behavior is strictly prohibited.

 

12.B — No Soliciting, Selling, or Pitching

You may NOT use BBM platforms to:

  • Market or sell any product or service

  • Offer coaching, consulting, or fitness/nutrition programs

  • Promote supplements, wellness products, or third-party brands

  • Post affiliate links, referral codes, or promotional content

  • DM members with solicitations, business opportunities, or recruiting attempts

  • Redirect traffic to external groups, communities, challenges, or sales funnels

  • Solicit the founder or BBM staff for business or personal opportunities

Any form of solicitation results in immediate termination.

12.C — Impersonation Prohibited

You may NOT:

  • Impersonate BBM staff, moderators, the founder, or any representative of BBM

  • Falsely claim affiliation, partnership, endorsement, or representation

  • Suggest you are personally coached, trained, or supervised by the founder

  • Create usernames or accounts designed to mimic BBM or its founder

  • Mislead members about your role, credentials, or authority within BBM

Impersonation will result in termination and may result in legal action.

12.D — Founder Protection & Personal Boundaries

To protect the privacy, safety, and wellbeing of the founder, Briana Reinert (“Briana Christine”) and her family, you agree to the following:

Prohibited Conduct Toward the Founder

You may NOT:

  • Attempt to privately contact, message, email, pursue, or otherwise communicate with the founder outside of the official BBM App or via customer support channels

  • Attempt to obtain her personal information, including phone number, home address, email address, or private social media accounts

  • Engage in stalking, obsessive monitoring, unwanted pursuit, or attempts to initiate personal contact

  • Harass, intimidate, threaten, or target the founder in any way

  • Solicit the founder for business, coaching, personal favors, or professional opportunities

  • Spread false statements, misinformation, defamatory claims, or misleading narratives online or offline

  • Create or distribute content designed to harm her reputation, safety, brand, or personal wellbeing

Consequences

Violations of this Section 12.D will result in:

  • Immediate and permanent account termination without refund

  • Permanent banning from all BBM platforms and services

  • Removal of all comments, posts, or content related to the violation

  • Reporting to law enforcement when appropriate

  • Possible civil legal action, including but not limited to:

    • Cease-and-desist orders

    • Claims for damages

    • Defamation lawsuits

    • Harassment or stalking restraining orders

    • Intellectual property enforcement

    • Injunctions or other equitable relief

BBM retains full discretion in determining the severity of a violation and the appropriate response.

12.E — Inappropriate, Explicit, or Prohibited Content

You may NOT upload, post, or share content that:

  • Contains pornography, sexually explicit material, sexual services, or nudity

  • Contains graphic violence, gore, or disturbing imagery

  • Is obscene, offensive, or inappropriate for a general women’s wellness community

  • Encourages self-harm, eating disorders, or unsafe practices

  • Violates copyright or intellectual property laws

  • Encourages unlawful behavior

Such content will be removed immediately, and accounts may be terminated without refund.

12.F — General Misconduct & Platform Misuse

You may NOT:

  • Attempt to bypass security, scrape content, screen record, or hack the platform

  • Use automated tools, bots, or unauthorized apps to access BBM

  • Interfere with the experience of other members

  • Share your login credentials or exceed device limits

  • Use BBM content for commercial or derivative purposes

  • Engage in behavior that, in BBM’s sole discretion, harms the community, the Services, BBM staff, or the founder

BBM may terminate accounts for misconduct even if the behavior occurs outside BBM’s platforms (e.g., on social media), when the behavior impacts the safety, reputation, or wellbeing of the founder or community.



13. MONITORING & ENFORCEMENT

BBM reserves the right to:

  • Monitor all user interactions

  • Remove or refuse to post any user content

  • Take action against content violating these Terms

  • Protect community safety

  • Protect the founder’s safety and well-being

  • Pursue legal action, including reporting to law enforcement

  • Suspend or terminate accounts for any reason or no reason

Termination does not entitle you to a refund.



14. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY PROTECTION

All BBM content is protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and IP laws.

Unauthorized use is grounds for:

  • Account suspension or termination

  • Civil legal action

  • DMCA takedowns

  • Damages claims


15. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY


To the fullest extent permitted by law:

BBM is not liable for injuries, health issues, or damages.  
BBM does not guarantee results.  
Services are provided “AS IS”.
Your sole remedy is to discontinue use.

 

16. GOVERNING LAW & ARBITRATION

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Virginia.
All disputes must be resolved through binding individual arbitration, not court litigation.
No class actions or class arbitration permitted.

 

17. CHANGES TO TERMS

BBM may update these Terms at any time.
Your continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
