Months 0–17 • Hormone Reset

No workouts, no medication, no surgery, no dieting—only 100% daily focus on the steps to heal my hormones and optimize my health through my daily habits (nutrition, sleep, stress management, cycle tracking, TDEE). This became the 30‑Day Hormone Reset Challenge.

 

Month 18 • Strength over HIIT

Cleared for formal workouts after spending 12 of the last 18 months rehabbing from ACL surgery—I traded decade‑long HIIT for progressive-overload dumbbell workouts (20–30 min), and cardio only if it served hormone health.

 

Month 24 • –100 lbs Milestone

Down 100 lbs—no meds, no surgery, no fad diets. Balanced labs and enough energy to race my kids up the stairs.

100 lbs still gone, lifting heavier, sleeping better, and zero rebound dieting or feeling the need to exercise six days a week.
