MY BACKSTORY
Most people know me as the CEO and founder of the global body-positive fitness movement called Bikini Body Mommy™ but I have actually been a certified personal trainer and nutrition specialist for over 15 years!
As a body transformation expert, I not only have a decade and a half of credentials and professional experience, but I also have the PERSONAL EXPERIENCE of living in an overweight body that has been medically classified as "morbidly obese."
You see, despite all of my experience as a "health professional," my body has a history of gaining A LOT of weight in pregnancy and while breastfeeding.
When I say "A lot of weight"... I'm talking about 60-100 pounds, every single time.
As a mom with six kids (and two angel babies), sometimes I've been able to lose all of the baby weight before getting pregnant again, and sometimes I haven't.
As things currently stand, I could potentially lose 100 pounds and I'd still be 15 pounds heavier than the last time I lost 100 pounds.
Having shared that, I want you to know that I had a BAD BREAK-UP with Diet Culture years ago, and I'm not about to start this journey by chasing a "number on the scale!" This time, I'm chasing a FEELING!
Despite my positive mindset going into this, I want to share with you that matter how many times I've been here before, the process always feels downright DAUNTING.
So daunting in fact, I can't tell you how many times I've been too paralyzed or exhausted to convince myself to even start!
Not this time. This time I'm ready! Not ready to "lose 100 pounds"... I'm ready to begin the process of prioritizing my health from the inside out.
Ready to fix the things that are broken, so I can move forward in my journey to becoming the best version of me there has ever been!

Welcome, I'm so excited you are here!
It is never "too late" to start! You can start with month one... even if I'm on MONTH 12!
MY GOAL is to create a methodical and progressive roadmap for women LIKE YOU to be able to transform your own health, right along WITH ME, one-step at a time... no matter when you discover this series!
Does this come with a nutritional plan? Can I tailor it to be vegetarian/accommodate allergies?
Every month of this series incorporates a different aspect of restoring your health via nutrition.
The approach you take, whether plant-based (allergy-free, etc.), is up to you!
The nutrition goals are habit-based and methodically follow a process that builds upon the successful habits, and strategies of the previous month.
This means that the nutrition approach each month will change a bit (according to the new goal), but you are provided a step-by-step process that allows you to figure out what your body needs, so you can apply the new principles each month for your situation and goals!
How many workouts are there per week? What equipment will I need?
There will be new workouts each week of this series, however the number of workouts per week, the duration, and the equipment will vary month to month, depending on the monthly goal!
Example: Month one prioritizes REST and parasympathetic activity like stretching and breath work, using body-weight only....but month three could be (3) 30-minute strength-based workouts per week, that require a couple pairs of dumbbells. It just depends on the goal for the month!
I'm pregnant, and/or breastfeeding... Can I do this with you?
You should always talk to your doctor before beginning a new health & fitness program.
That said, this is NOT a "diet."
This is an educational series that will provide you with the knowledge, resources, and step-by-step plan to restore your health, from the inside out!
