The BBM Community’s Favorite Gear (All in One Place!)
Dec 19, 2025If you’re heading into 2026 wanting to feel stronger, healthier, and more confident in your body — you are not alone. This is the time of year when the BBM community starts asking:
“Bri, what equipment do I actually need?”
“What should I get for my home workouts?”
“What tools do you personally use?”
So… here it is.
A one-stop, zero-overwhelm guide to the exact gear I use in my workouts — and the tools thousands of BBM women use to get incredible results from home all from inside the BBM app.
And honestly? The theme for 2026 is simple:
The most important gift you can give or receive this year is your health.
Not another gadget that collects dust.
Not a piece of clothing that stops fitting in 3 months.
But something that actually moves your life forward.
That’s why I’m starting this list with the one thing that changes everything.

1. BBM Health & Fitness Gift Card
If you (or someone you love) wants 2026 to be the year of starting over less and finally sticking with something, a BBM Gift Card is the most impactful gift you can give.
Why?
Because BBM isn’t just workouts.
It’s a method designed for real women in real life! Short, effective strength training programs optimized for hormonal awareness, monthly challenges, family-friendly meal plans, community accountability, mindset tools, tracking tools, worksheets and guides, and a coach (hi! 👋) who actually shows up every day to do the work with you.
Women don’t fail because they aren’t motivated…
They fail because the system they’re following wasn’t built for their life.
BBM fixes that.
It makes consistency feel possible.
It removes the guesswork.
And it works even when life is messy.

2. Renpho Impedance Scale (my go-to for 3 years)
I’ve used this scale literally throughout my entire health journey — surgery, recovery, strength phases, fat-loss phases, all of it.
This scale comes with a free app that tracks:
-
Body fat
-
Muscle mass
-
Bone mass
-
Water percentage
-
Visceral fat
-
Metabolic age
-
AND progress over time
If you’re someone who gets triggered by scale weight alone — this is a game-changer because it gives you the whole picture, not just one number.

3. Adjustable Dumbbells (NordicTrack — BEST for women!)
These are hands-down my favorite adjustable dumbbells. The narrower handle makes them significantly more comfortable for women, and they replace the need for multiple sets of dumbbells in one small footprint — perfect if you’re short on space or budget.

4. Compact Flat Bench
A simple, sturdy bench is essential for strength training, step-ups, Bulgarian split squats, chest presses, glute work… you name it.
This is the one I picked for all of my workouts in the app because it’s compact, stable, and perfect for home workouts on any budget.

5. Mini-Loop Resistance Bands
Whether you’re warming up your glutes, activating your core, or adding resistance to lower-body movements, these bands are a staple. I use them in almost every monthly strength block inside the app.

6. Long Loop Resistance Bands
These are incredible for mobility, strength training, and all of the functional accessory work I program in the BBM Monthly Training Blocks.

7. My Favorite Workout Set (I own multiple colors!)
Comfortable. Flattering. Supportive.
I wear these sets constantly in all of my workouts because they are super flattering and hold up during strength training and Pilates days without a ton of rolling or bunching! And yes, I definitely have more colors than I’m willing to admit.

8. 3-Foot Foam Roller
Perfect for my Pilates reformer-dupe workouts, core stability sessions, and all of my self-myofascial release. If you’re tight, stressed, or sore… you need one.
Here's the Link → Foam Roller (yes, must be 3ft!)

9. Pilates Ball
This tiny ball is one of the most powerful tools for reconnecting to your core and pelvic floor (especially postpartum or during recovery phases).
And, I use it in almost every mat Pilates workout inside the BBM App

10. Ankle Weights
These are optional but amazing on Pilates days inside of the BBM App when you want a little extra burn.
My go-to pair is comfortable, stays put, and adds intensity without adding joint stress.

Final Thoughts...
You do not need a ton of equipment to get results with BBM (you can even start with BODYWEIGHT ONLY).
You don’t need a gym membership.
You don’t need hours a day.
You just need:
a progressive plan,
a little bit of space,
a few basic tools,
and a community that believes in you even on the days you don’t believe in yourself.
This list makes the “tools” part easy — the rest, BBM provides inside of the app.
If you’re ready to create a healthier, stronger, more confident version of yourself in 2026…
I can’t wait to do it with you. 💛
