Hi! I’m Briana, mom of six and founder of BBM Health & Fitness. I’ve been a certified health & fitness professional for over 18 years and have coached millions of women online through real-time programs, meal plans, and community support.

But I’m not the picture-perfect, size-zero trainer telling you to “eat less and move more.” I’m a 43-year old mom of six whose body gained a lot of weight with every pregnancy—and even more while breastfeeding.
